- Your wishes
In our first appointment we will listen to your wishes and needs. We get answers to the question: ‘What does your ideal home look like?’ - House-viewings
When we have found a house which matches your requirements, we will plan a viewing. We are of course present at this viewing. We ensure optimal preparation and pay attention during the visit to various issues such as the architectural condition, the neighbourhood and whether the sales price is fair. - Negotiations
When you are interested buying the house, we conduct the negotiations. We will advise you on the strategy and will stand up for your interests. We negotiate not only about the price, but also about the other conditions. We also advise you with regard to the valuation and any structural inspection. - Notary
We go to the notary for the signing of the purchase contract and the deed of delivery (the deed by which the seller transfers the ownership to the purchaser, and grants discharge for the payment of the purchase price). We will check the legal documents for accuracy and completeness. We will also accompany you to the final house inspection that takes place in advance of the notary appointment. - Personal guidance
We have close contact with each other during the purchase process. Not only about the purchase of your dream home, but also about arranging the financing, costs and advice on a possible renovation. Of course, we are always available for questions during, but also after the purchase of your home.
